How review works

  2. 2. Under review — our team checks records and services.
  3. 3. CCC VERIFIED™ — records reviewed on a specific date.
  4. 4. Active — you appear to families and can receive referrals.

CCC VERIFIED™ reflects a records review on the date shown. It is not an endorsement and does not guarantee quality, safety, clinical outcomes or suitability. Verification is reviewed about every 12 months.

What we ask of partners

  • Respond to referrals — accept, ask for information, or decline.
  • Keep your availability current so families aren't sent to a closed door.
  • Tell us when a connection is made so we can close the loop.
